My wife and I had a desire to buy a house in the Pullman area and were a bit overwhelmed by the market conditions at the time we were searching for a home. The market was very difficult for buyers with an escalating pricing market and many buyers making offers above the asking price. Joe was a huge help for us navigating the market and giving us keen insight to the condition and what to watch out for. Joe got to know us and got a strong feel for what we were looking for. Joe is not pushy, he presents opportunities, provides his insight and let’s you decide if the home is right for you. When we finally found a property that we were highly interested in, Joe helped us navigate the offer process, home inspection and counter offers. Joe was invaluable during this process by finding contractors for pricing, navigating codes and researching current regulations pertinent to our situation. We were out of area buyers and having Joe there to work the local issues and our concerns really made the whole deal possible. Without him we would have been at a huge disadvantage and I don’t see how we would have completed the deal without him. We would have been flying blind on so many issues that would have resulted in prolonging and potentially killing the deal or having us pay more in the end. I’ve never really been a big fan of realtors and I didn’t place much value on their service, but I was thankfully proven wrong and wouldn’t even think to try and do this on my own after working with Joe. Even after the purchase Joe reached out and is helping us find local professional and services in the area. Joe is everything you would hope for in a realtor and beyond.
